Groups and Workshops

A space to connect, learn, and heal together.

While therapy offers one-on-one support, groups create an opportunity to share experiences, build resilience, and find strength in community.

At Shanti’s Promise, I offer group spaces designed to provide connection, insight, and encouragement as you navigate life’s transitions. Some groups may be therapy-based (under Shanti’s Promise Clinical Wellness, PLLC) and others may be educational or supportive in nature (under Shanti’s Promise, LLC).

Quiet Hearts™ – A Virtual Grief & Healing Workshop

Quiet Hearts™ is a gentle, non-clinical, live virtual workshop for adults navigating grief, loss, or emotional overwhelm. This experience blends psychoeducation, grounding tools, reflective journaling, and optional community connection to support healing at a compassionate, steady pace.

Quiet Hearts™ is not therapy, but it offers guided structure and emotional support for those seeking understanding and coping tools outside of one-on-one counseling.
